      I would worry about health issues, complications for both mother and child, and as bowbow said...the raising of the child.

      Hopefully I will have hit menopause by then and not have to worry

      That's crazy! Having a baby in your 20's and 30's is tough enough. At 50, you'll be close to 70 when they graduate. By 55, I hope to be retired. Not seeing my 5 year old off to school!
