1. To spread the news of the attrocities being commited in Japan against dolphins and petitions to help stop it.

2. To bring on logical discussions on why its ok to kill cows, chickens, sea bass, swordfish etc, but not dolphin for meat.

TweetWell, from where I stand I don't see the need to eat Dolphin, however God did give man full reign over the earth and the animals are here for us to eat. With that said, I think there is plenty of animals to eat so why eat dolphin?

TweetIam not too much against the killing of certain animals if used for food in distribution to grocery or food chains. What iam against is the way these animals are treated and kept b4 slaughter, the killing of endangered species, and the methods in which they use to butcher them. I have seen many videos on these chicken farms, pig slaughter houses, etc and it is just rediculious and inhumane the methods they use. One place i will not ever eat is KFC. You don't even what to hear about the methods they use on these animals. There needs to be a stop to this. Anyone that doesn't believe animals have spirits and minds are very stupid and ignorant ppl. ^And God didn't give man power to exploit and ruin the environment without judgement in the end. This imo is no better then what ****** did to the Jews except these are God creatures. These bastards will pay in the end and i hope there is no pitty on their souls when they pass.

TweetThat was one of the most horrifying things I've ever seen in my life! It was so sad to see the terror, and pain those poor things went through. I just wanted to reach out and save them. The fact that they try to save the other dolphins when one is in need is sad too. They end up sealing their own fate by trying to help others in need. How freaking sad!

cows - in hindu, cows are sacred. can you imagine the uproar if they saw our 'humane' methods of killing cows? do we 'beef america' care. nope! why?

here's what I think. the dolphin thing started post 'flipper' . how can we kill cute little flipper.

TweetIf you really pay attention to animals and study them you start to realize that they have thoughts, feelings, and emotions just like humans. The only difference is they can't speak like us so we assume they don't have emotions.

It's not that they are killing them thats the worst part. It's the way they are killing them. They could've done it in a more painless way. Make it not so terrifying for the poor thing. Also to lure them in by injuring one, is just horrible.

This is the kind for mind set of most ppl. So, you are using the word "humane" to justify the slaughter of animals?? The word "animal" is merely a word made up by man to define anything being less of what we are. This is a sadly mistaken way of thinking. Animals do have souls and many are very intelligent and you can see this if you really take the time and in the understanding of different animals and their behaviors. This is the prob, we have...Ppl that are ignorant and think that because they are not human that they don't have rights or the needs to be protected. Does this justify the methods in which they use to kill them?? It doesn't matter whether it is a dolphin or a chicken imo its all the same. Just because something is "cute" doesnt' make it more valuable then something that isn't.
