TweetMy grandmother called me and told me she is going through anemia. The doc told her she needs to consume a shake which needs to include protein, folic acid, & Vit B12. I think she needs to up her iron as well
My question is what would be a good brand and dose for her to take with these ingredients? She is 83 and is going through some rough times and the doc discovered she has a low red blood cell count.

my dads doc. put him on the same stuff. it didnt workout for the old man, jacked his stomach up. my dad has a very bad weight prob. he's down to about 107lbs! i just baught him a jug of true mass from bsn. he like's that it's not thick, so it dont fill him up before he gets it all down...wish us luck, we need to get his weight up!
i hope all goes well for ya bro, it's hard to figure out what's the best way to go. we've been working on this (without my pop's help, lol) for about 2 years...hopefully this does it
