Is it bad mixing your fats and carbs together?? E.g i usually mix my Avacado in with my rice, i read somewere that fats should be eaten seperatly with protein and carbs to be eaten seperately with protein.. Anyone know anything about this??

Yes - it is a general rule. Depending on the state your body is in, it's more likely to store the fat and use the carbs.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

Goliath, what about if you had a shake, and put a scoop of carbs in it, and also a scoop of peanut butter?

It would be much better to use one or the other. When you eat, insulin is secreted by the pancreas. Insulin is an energy storing hormone - if you have all of those fat calories, and carb calories, your body is most likely to store the fat and use what it needs of the carbs then store the rest. Your body will almost always use sugar (glucose) for fuel first and fat last.

Fiber is a non-digestive carb. You could have broccoli, but I don't think it would taste very good in a protein shake...

IMHO, it's more about total caloric intake.

Most people respond, due to the effect of insulin, best with clean foods, 5-6 meals a day. Each meal 300-500 calorie range.

In general you shouldn't be eating alot of fat anyway, so which meal it comes in and how it comes, in general shouldn't make that much of a difference.
