why on an empty stomach
TweetIm curious as to why some products say to take them on an empty stomach. Is this because it may upset your stomach or because it wont work unless u take it on an empty stomach. Im noticing this alot with NO products

TweetSupps that say 'take on empty stomach' are of no use to me because I eat every 2-3 hours so I never have an empty stomach. LOL I even get upin the middle of the night to pig out.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

TweetYeah it is alittle hard to do. Unless you take b4 cardio in the am, but i like using them during workouts. Why don't you try AMPED by Met-RX. I eat whatever i want when i use it and still get good pumps.

Tweetcause i jus got some stuff from fizogen for super cheap lol. It said take it on an empty stomach 30-45min before u workout...so i jus took it 30-45min befoer i ate and then worked out. Cause I eat every 2hrs as well and I dont work out first thing in the morning
