Tweetwelp, just got news from some ford big wig's that there shutting down the dealership i work at!!! seem's that usedcar sale's, and the service dept. proffit's just aint enough to keep the doors open. un-friggin-real! things were pretty tuff, but i didnt see this coming. i'll know more in a week or 2, but it's looking pretty bad, and there's not alot open up here right now.....

not yet...i dont know what i'm gonna do. it certainly wont be realistate. this state is at the bottom of the barrel in home sales! i may go out on my own and wholesale...i dont know, i really wasnt expecting this. it's hard to find a good job in this biz. i thaught it was all going as well as poss. but, i guess not

I USED TO BE A CAR SALEMAN AT FORD AND HONDA AS WELL, AND I HAVE SEEN WHAT I HAVE SEEN.... the finance people who were working wt honda , HONEST TO GOD WERE PUSHIN LIKE FERRARIS AND CL 500 AND THE ONE AT FORD, NORMAL CAR AND I ASKED EM THEY said wt honda/toyota whatever u buy, htey have a lot money hidden in the backends(where u work) where the customers does not know that at all

what's that?!! what are you saying boy?!...timmy's stuck in the well!! lmao! dont understand what your saying bro! honda? toyota?..wtf are those...tractors?..lol cant do it bro, but thanks for your concern. i've been ford all my life...i may try gm, or possibly even "the c word", but i wont do honda or toyota. i'm in usedcars mikey, and i like the way ford runs there usedcar dept. those are the techniques and style i grew up on. now, i may go out on my own and wholesale...i just need to find a bankroll to start with.

yea...my wife has been saying that off and on for 15yrs! it's all i know mick, and i know it well! my dept. netted proffits every month! it may not sound like much, but on 40 cars a month i netted 20k-30 a month! most usedcar dept's (all that i know) are losing money! it's the new car sales that are keeping the doors open at other stores! not here...
