TweetIt`s easy, hold the pan in your left hand and the egg in your right. Then throw the egg good n` hard at the celing, you see the yokes will stick to celing tile but the whites won`t. Hold the pan under the egg let the white drip off of the celing and voila!

You can even do two or three at a time.

First put the eggs on the edge of the sidewalk just next to the curb. Put your pan in the gutter and get your car up on the sidewalk. Drive at exactly 42 mph and hit the eggs. The Yokes (with a greater molecluar density) will shoot over the pan while the whites (with a higher thermal vescosity threshold) will land in the pan.

Let me know how it works out.

TweetOk, you crack the egg in half and then you tranfer the yolk from one half to another while letting the clear part fall into the pan or bowl. That's how I do it.

TweetWhat I do..is I have about 12 eggs.. 2 whole eggs, and 10 egg whites.. I mix this all together and pour it in the pan.. and thats it..

seperating egg whites from a yolk shouldn't be that hard.

I don't like egg beaters or these pure egg whites in liquid.. crack a damn egg and get the good stuff out.

TweetOk, heres how i do it. Get a 18g pin with syringe, and poke a hole in the shell of the egg and draw out the whites. One thing i found a trick, don't go too far into the egg or youll draw out the yolk.
