      Hey whats up, A friend of mine was about to start a cycle of 1AD, he is 6" 186 about 14%bodyfat,and has a couple of cycles under his belt, he wanted to know what is a good dosage, and for how long, he is also planning to take 6oxo post cycle.I was telling him about the new topical products Ive been reading about but i havent spoken to anyone who has used them, any advise would help, thanks..

      What does he want to accomplish? I am currently doing 400 mgs. ED. Read my progress thread. I can tell a little as far as apperance, Strength is through the roof.

      Start out at 400mgs, if you see results, leave the dose alone. If nothing after 10 days or so, up it to 600mgs. 1-AD is optimal when taken with a 4-AD product.
