Tweetfuzo how much longer do u think i can make gains at my age?
If bigger is better then im better than ever !
TweetThat's what I'd do too. Bump up the cals and your protien and your body will have no choice but to grow. I think that for most people they get up to a certain weight and then their body just wont get over that last little hump. You have to condition your body and let it know that the high amount of nutrients you are giving it on cycle will continue and that it is not just a temp. thing and then it allows the rest of your natural hormones to be released in more abundance and you grow.
Just my .02 cents
TweetLook at guys like Frank Zane and Boyer Coe. Higher Protein intake at an older age has been scientifically proven effective in muscle building at an older age. As you get older, the more protein they say is needed in your diet to bring on muscular hypertrophy. Realistically, you can never OD from protein. You only poo the excess out.Originally Posted by space mountain
And if that don't work, try a Cypionate, Anadrol, and Dbol stack

TweetYou and I have known each other a long time. So I know you won't take this as me being a smart ass.Originally Posted by space mountain
But you can take all the naps you want, 1000mg of test E and 1000 mgs of EQ a week. But you're not gonna grow unless the diet is in check. I'm not a big beliver in suppliments. I don't believe in vanadyl sulfate. i don't believe in "Super Duper Testosterone Yohimbe enhancer XXX", or whatever. But I do believe, just through scientific proof and studies, that Protein is much more needed at an older age for muscle recouperation than anything esle. Maybe even much more than Testosterone injections themselves. So if you're doing your cycle, at 205lbs of bodyweight, you would need at least 410g of protein per day. As tough as that may seem (40mgs of protein per meal 10x a day is tough!), but again, you can never OD on protein. You'll just poop out any extra. I remember being younger and taking super quantities of AAS, and not growing like I thought I would. Until someone told me to take protein suppliments. As soon as I upped my protein to 1 1/2 g per pound of bodyweight, WOOO! magic happened.

TweetOk, to be serious now, what are your cals at daily? If you want just weight then you can add 500 cals a day and that should put 1 lb a week on you. To make sure this is a good 500 cals I would do it like this:
100 grams of protein more each day and 25 grams of carbs each day. That's 500 cals and it makes sure you getting more cals and enough protein.

TweetBe careful about upping your calorie levels that high. Especially at your age your cholesterol levels will be through the roof!!!

TweetYeah, two of my protein shakes are an extra 600 cals with about 110 grams of protein and only like 20 grams of carbs. Only because I add a little cran-grape juice to the shake.Originally Posted by angryoldman
Tweetyou can keep growing brother, it just takes time. what pays off more than anything else is consistency in your diet and training over a period of many years.
this is what stifles most people. they are able to keep with the diet for a short period, but flounder after a few weeks or months, and these are the same people who look the same, year in, year out. it's the guys who buckle down and stick to the plan year after year who are successful.
just stick with it, follow these guys advice (get the protein up!) and be patient. as long as you are healthy you can keep growing.
