Tweetdidnt care for clen , nyc is ok , im not taking anything as far as eca/nyc/etc right now, but after my cycle i was gonna try t3 and an eca, probably charge by labrada.
TweetNo, I never was a very big fan of clen either. But if you're losing 2-5 lbs without any type of eca/clen/nyc, then you obviously have your training and diet in check and should just keep doing what you're doing until you need to change something or add something in.

Tweeti agree but to a point....in pudgy's case he could use it fine without being on. i believe he said he was over 20%bf. and when your over 20% t3 seems to eat the fat away and not muscle. so i would say it would be a good addition, however, i would wait a while to make sure you got your new muscle locked down firstOriginally posted by jack hust

TweetT3 is great..I've taken while on a cycle and without being on AS along with clen, currently too!
Keep your dose moderate and remember to taper up to then back down when coming off of it!
IMO I never go over 50-75mcg per day..unless your extremely overweight or just tryin to lose as much as possible! Do not take over 150mcg per day..that's more than enough for the max dose...also east alot of banana's and foods with potassium for if not you'll get some cramps! Make sure it's real foods not supplements

TweetI am running Fina/Test and T3 right now and loving it. I am eating 2800 cals a day and losing weight. Before this could be considered bulking (lean bulking) cals for me.
