TweetI know that some people like to split their DBol dosages throughout the day, and others like to take it all at once about an hour before they workout. I also know the reasons for each method. My thinking was that on workout days I would take them all at once (30mg) about an hour before workout, and on off days, take them evenly throughout the day. Sound like a good idea?

I'd be more apt to take them all before I go to bed. That's when your body builds the majority of your muscle mass.
Tweetyou body can only grow so fast, if you take the dbol all at once you counting on your body to grow crazy fast during the short active time frame of the dbol.
say your body muscle can grow at a rate of 1gram of muscle per hour.
taking 5mg dbol allows you to grow at 1.5g per hr
taking 10mg dbol allows you to grow at 2.1g per hr
taking 20mg dbol allows 2.5 g hr.
taking 30mg allows 2.6g per hr
of course this isnt accurate but hopefully the concept will be understood.
basically what im showing is that the body is going to max out at some point, there will be a point of diminshing return which means you can take more and more and only get a little more benefit. then theres a point of no return, meaning you can take all you want and it wont help anymore than a lower dose, cause your body can only supply nutrients to the blood at a certain rate etc...
the point of no return is pron much higher than i wrote though, but diminishing return is a fairly low dose. meaning 10mg dbol will not give twice the gains 5mg will. and doubling it again will give even less.
so now of course taking 30mg dbol will let growth occur faster than 10mg dbol, but only for a short period of time, then levels fall and your back to pre dbol growth rates.
you would receive more total growth if the same 30mg was spread out evenly, since you will have a elevated growth rate 24hrs a day, as opposed to taking it all at once, and having a surge then a slump till the next dose of dbol is taken
i hope that wasnt too confusing, the smarter minds here should be able to understand though. anybody who understands what 'area under the curve' means, will prob have already known this stuff.
Tweetoh btw, i do feel a small increase in dose in the preworkout dose is beneficial, but the key is small. the reason for this is because our bodys growth/recovery capability is elevated post workout, also we tend to supply more food post workout(eat more)
meaning if taking 35mg ed, 10mg am, 15mg afternoon workout, 10mg before bed. just a little increase.

The half life of DBol is 3- 5 hours right, so a single daily dose would produce a varying blood level, with ups and downs throughout the day. So you can either split up the dosages during the day obviously giving you a more regulated concentration in the blood. This method will obviously produce a lower peak blood level than if taken all at once. However, taking them all at once in a single dose would have a less dramatic impact on the hypthalamic pituitary testicular axis, as there is a sufficient period each day where steroid hormone levels are not extremely exaggerated. This theory also suggests that dividing the dosages might actually trun out to be slightly less successful in terms of overall muscle gain. Since we also know that the blood concentration will peak about 1 and a half to 3 hours after administration, a logical idea would be to take the pills earlier in the day, or maybe sometime before your workout. This would allow a good number of datime hours for an androgen rich metabolism to heighten the uptake of nutrients, especially in the crucial hours following your workout. With that being said, this is why I would come to the conclusion that on workout days, take them all at once about an hour or so before workout, but maybe on non-workout days, spread them out. Superchicken, or anybody else, what do ya say? My guessing is that the consensus around here is to take them evenly throughout the day? With maybe a little bit of a higher dosage before workout?
