  • cut or bulk?

this might be a dumbass question but i have test enanthate, winny and anabol. im 255 and about 20%bf. im not sure if i should bulk up first then cut or cut then bulk. i guess its just all what i wanna do. i was thinkin maybe do the enanthate and anabol then in the later part bring in the winny and cut out the anabol and run the winny a few weeks past. anyone have any thoughts? thanks

Well, summer only has a few months left and it's not like you are going to get ripped by the time it ends. So, if it were be, I would go ahead and bulk up all the way until November/December. Then, I would spend 6 months hitting cardio and eating right and get ripped for next summer. Besides, winny will not burn fat, it just makes you hard. The only true fat burners are T3 and thermogenics like ephedrine and clen.

I think that your bodyfat percentage should determine whether you bulk or cut. Here's how I would decide:

        1) below 10% bodyfat -- bulk
        2) 10 - 15% bodyfat -- either way depending on whether you need to be ripped or not for your job or the beach or whatever
        3) abofe 15% -- cut

You are at 20% bodyfat so that means CUT! Just my 2 cents. I may be too simplistic but that's how I see it.

If you decide to bulk then you might gain more bodyfat which will reguire extra work to shed. I would cut now, then bulk later.

To me w/the compounds you have, it doesn't seem at least to me that you are thinking this cycle out. Bulk, Cut..??? These are terms to me that are soo over used. At 20% bf you need to think about diet and cardio b4 even thinking about a cycle. You need also to give us some history and also your age. Imo, whether it be bulk or cut, you need to think about LM, which you can still develope and increase mass and still get the cut look. Imo, most ppl use the term bulk to get off track with their diet and make excuses to gain more bf just to get bigger. Change your mindset and forget the word "BULK" and replace with "LEAN MASS".

No kidding bro. Fatties that eat all they want when they want. I just dont think its healthy. Next time I "bulk", Im going to clean bulk, the same stuff I eat now that Im "cutting" but twice the amount and maybe some decent weightgainer.

no bulk, no cut. change your lifestyle. 20% of 255 is 51lbs of fat. test and dbol will cause water retention and fat deposits from the aromatization. this will put even more stress on your heart than it is already under, and when carrying that much fat i expect the stress to be pretty high.

clean up your diet, start doing some cardio to aid in lipolysis, and get your physique in order.

get down to 10% and then use the gear. you will look and feel better and be in much better overall health.

Damn, I must be the only one looking at things from a long term perspective. If he's 20% now and eats well while bulking and does some cardio he can avoid adding more BF. Then, once he's added more muscle he can slowly back down the fat. Look at how fat Lee Priest gets in the off season. I read once he get's up into the low-mid 20's. JMO

well i run and walk a mile ed. and i eat pretty well. ive lost 20 lbs since may 1st. so i think my diet is pretty good right now. i just got back into lifting and got a gym membership 4 weeks ago. as for my history i havent done a cycle in 3 yrs. and that was test enanthate, deca, t3, fina and clen. that was really the only cycle ive ever been on.

I haven`t read all the replies in this thread but my 2cc are the following.

Train and eat for cutting. You`ll probably look larger at a lower body weight with lower body fat - lean trumps huge every day of the week in summer.

Plus I find that my discipline goes thru the roof when cutting and I actually end up gaining a pound or two before the end of the cycle.
