Aerobics: a series of strenuous exercises which help convert fats, sugars, and starch into aches, pains and cramps! (that's why I don't do 'em LOL)

TweetI never thought that could happen (elbow crack)
"Workout each rep till I drop the uglyiest , meanest face"
TweetO damn, my stomach is in my throat! That was one weak ass joint right there. Of course, the angle he was in wasn't the correct angle so maybe that's why it happened. Ouch!
TweetThat video helps me to remember to decline arm wrestling challenges. Its just bad for the training goals.

[Referring to Pump]"I am like, uh, getting the feeling of coming in a gym, I'm getting the feeling of coming at home, I'm getting the feeling of coming backstage when I pump up, when I pose in front of 5,000 people, I get the same feeling, so I am coming day and night. I mean, it's terrific. Right? So you know, I am in heaven."--Schwarzenegger
TweetOf course, you have to have a weak joint or put yourelbow in a bad position like he did. In a real match people stand across the tabel from one another and it's a lot less likely that something like that would happen. IMO I think in real arm wrestling more people break the bone in their lower arm. I could be wrong.Originally Posted by Rage
