TweetI keep seeming to have worse and worse sleep everynight. I dont know if something is bugging me or what. I go to bed and toss and turn for a long time (1-2 hours) before I even fall asleep then always seem to wake up 2-3 times after that. Last night I took 3 tylenol PM because I have to start my new job tommorow and wanted some good rest. Well I took em at 12 tonight and went to bed at 2am ish, its 4:40 and Im up again. I dont know what to do. I dont have health insurance being a bartender, this is just getting to be too much. Someone have any tips?

I have started taking it earlier in the day so its worn off by night time. I just started carb cutoffs 2 days ago and Im still not sleeping well. I do my Muscle Milk, eggs and oats, workout, post workout shake and then some chicken/ brown rice/veggies. TweetI usually have problems sleeping while im on. Try taking some melatonin or some valerian root. Both are 100% vegan so there is no chance of addiction. They usually help me get to sleep. Alot of times too before I go to bed every night I write out in a list what I didnt get done that day and plan it for the next day. It helps me deal with the fact that my mind is still racing from the day's work. It works for me
