Tweetok i go back to the breakroom and i heated my chicken and rice and the next thing i know i drop that shit on teh floor..so Foock me right here, my healthy food is gone..
so i go 2 wendy and got a spicy chicken wt large fries adn baked potatoes wt extra cheese and sour cream..
so my tummy is very happy but mentally i messed up on my diet and i feel guilty so i guess another 1 hour of cardio...
it sucks
