What do you guys put on eggs for flavor when your cutting sodium? I have been putting salt and pepper but since Im trying to cut Im willing to cut out as much as possible.

Also what about things like brocolli and chicken breats? I've been putting lemon pepper but I read the label and salt is the 1st igredient.

Eat your eggs without any added sodium the same applies to all your foods... leave the salt on the table... not on your foods if you're trying to reduce/cut salt from your diet...

For any meat, use mrs. Dash, no sodium. For your egg whites, throw a dab of salsa in there, most of them are relatively low in sodium.

Don't forget the body needs salt. It should not be cut out completely.
I went to the doc the other day and was told I wasn't getting enough salt. Without salt your cells in your body won't pull in the water they need. You can be drinking tons of water but you can still feel dehydrated. That was my case. I would drink tons of water but it was going in and out and serving no purpose. Now I have started salting everything with sea salt. Supposed to be better for you.

a lil salt is good but i wouldnt go crazy with it. with my eggs in the morning ill eat 4 whole and 4 just whites( eating 8 whole eggs is too much cholestorol) i use a peice or 2 of low fat cheese. ocationally i will use salsa. on cheat days ill add cheese, bacon, and ketchup. lol also eat oats in the morning for carbs. u can add flavor to them with protein peanut better, fresh fuit, or a lil honey.

Ok I went to the store after my workout and got Mrs Dash no salt, Chipolte, Lemon pepper and regular. Excited to try them out! Yeah I figure I get salt in the other foods I eat without even salting anything so Im going this route.
