TweetSeems to work well. I took half 30 minutes before I worked out like it said and then drank the rest during my workout, this is kinda hard to do though because it made me thirsty as hell. I got to about half my workout and the stuff was gone, I had to run out to my car and get a buck for a bottled water I was so thirsty. Made me sweat a lot too, which is good I guess. I only took 2 scoops which the recommend 2-3 scoops, I think I'll stick with 2 for now, b/c I still cant sit still! Amped and my ADHD areant doing to well together or maybe they are? I dont know what happended, if I tried harder b/c I knew I had the supplement or not but my workout was better than normal. I did more sets for heavier weights and kept going whereas I usually burnout pretty fast. Oh I also added 2 gs off CEE to it. I got it for $33 from supplementwarehouse.com which is a good price although the shipping time was awful...2 weeks from the order date.
