How to upload a video?

TweetDo any of you guys know how? I finally hit a 500+ bench (wouldn't pass at a meet but I was pretty happy) and I got it on a mini dvd. Problem is, I have no damn idea how to upload it to putfile or anything.

I only want to upload selections 7 & 8 but it won't let me. Hell it won't even let me upload the entire disc, I have to change the format first with windows movie maker but it won't let me upload the the entire thing for some reason. I have a couple of other vids saved from the internet that it allows me to import but not this one.

Tweetvob is the raw dvd data. you need to convert it from dvd raw to .wmv. if you're using windows XP, you shoudl have a program called movie maker in your start>programs folder.
