TweetFrom what I have read in the past, micronutrients can change based on how they are cooked, but I have never heard of macronutrients changing
TweetAs most of you know, I work in a restaurant. The kitchen manager and I are pretty cool with eachother. He likes to drink, I like to eat, get it? He gives me an over cooked steak quite often and I was wondering if I still get all the protien even if its over cooked? For the record, I like my steaks rare-med rare, but a filet even med well tastes great.
