      Tell me what you think about this:

      Stats
      5'11"
      200 lbs.
      ~14% BF
      29 years old

      Goals
      Reduce body fat to less than 10%
      Be at approximately 210 lbs. when done
      Keep nearly all gains made

      HGH - weeks 1-20 2iu per day (Jino)
      prop - weeks 4-14 100mg per day

      From what I have heard HGH takes about 7 weeks to start seeing effects. From my experience prop takes about 3 weeks to start noticing effects. By starting the prop in week 4 it will allow the prop and HGH to start working around the same time.

      As for PCT, do you think doing Pheedno's PCT protocol along with 6 weeks of HGH post cycle is enough to allow me to keep most of my gains.

      I have a really hard time keeping gains when coming off cycle even when following Pheedno's PCT protocol. I am hoping the HGH will reduce my body fat and allow me to keep the gains made while on prop.

      Would it be wise to add tren to this cycle? I have done tren about three times before and have had relatively good results with it. I just hate the night sweats and insomnia.

      Tren would work well, but i would up the IU's on the gh to at least 3-4IU ed.

      So are you bulking or cutting? Your at 200lbs now and you want to cut to less than 10%BF which is about 8lbs of bodyfat, maybe more. So now take off 8lbs from 200. We are now at 192lbs. Next, you want to get to 210lbs with same BF. That is a 18lb LBM gain.

      It's late, but I think my math is right.

      Now that I think about it the goals set above are quite lofty.

      I guess I should revise them to this:

      Goals
      Reduce body fat to less than 10%
      Be at approximately 200 lbs. when done
      Keep nearly all gains made

      HGH - weeks 1-20 2iu per day (Jino)
      prop - weeks 4-14 100mg per day

      What do you think the minimum amount of time I should stay on HGH to see good results. I am thinking at least 20. What is your opinion.

      Man, 4iu (5 on and 2 off) would cost a grip. This is going to be an expensive cycle. The prop and tren are dirt cheap but the HGH is going to break the bank.
