Hey guys. Started my cycle today. I would say that this is my first "real" cycle because I've only dabbled a little bit here and there with Sust a couple of times, and once with enanthate. Knew a lot about juice, but didn't know shit about dosages, and post cycle therapy. Anyway, I know I react well to Sust250 and since this is my first "real" cycle, I'm keeping it pretty basic. Looks like this:

      Week 1 - 4: 30mg/day DBol
      Week 1 - 10: 500mg/week Sustanon250

Nolvadex handy, Clomid to follow three weeks after last shot.

Anyway, every time I've ran Sustanon, I've gotten the flu near the end of the cycle, so I bought some Vitamin C pills today (500mg pills), and my question is this. I'm thinking of taking 1000mg/day (2 tablets every morning) to help avoid this "Sust flu".....sound good?
I bend but I do not break.

you might as well give it a try, but dont be surprised if you get it anyway.

I don't know how much it'll work as I'm not exactly sure of the workings behind the sust flu, but if it makes you feel better taking them then use the mental edge it gives you.

The cycle you have is nice and simple with a proper diet and workout regime you should grow nicely. Enjoy.

Thats the Sust flu brother. Its inevitable for some. However, its not the 'real' flu. You get flu like symptoms. You can try to combat it with Vitamin C, but thats very much a myth. Vitamin C boosts the immune system, doesnt mean you will rid the illness with it. A lot of water is certainly a good choice. But like I said, that headache, fatigue, dry mouth, etc. isnt really the flu, its the Sust. Flu, and it blows.

Ive gotten it from some brands of Sust (Loefflor) and havent from other brands (Organon) so if you have a reputable brand, you should be in the clear.

It depends, Ive had it for as long as 5 weeks one my first Sust. cycle, was pretty miserable. It was painful injections and Im guessing it wasnt the cleaned of gear.

Why is it that you get the flu only with Sust and not other types of Test?

I thought that had to be the case. After all, as they say, test is test.

The new version of the Infar brand. It's the only brand I've used of Sust, but this is the first time using the new version.

That much eh? So a good 4 - 6 pills/day. I am guessing I should split these up...maybe 2 pills in the morning, 2 pills near lunch, and 2 more near the end of the day?
