For being the best board on the net today. Our board here has the best + most knowledgeable people esp. admins/mods/VET. FG and you people are my virtual family and friends. Thanks for all the advices that some of you gave me in the past and still giving me as we speak.
Reason why I created is thread is just a proof for myself that inside of every gym .. on the street, in the club.. everywhere there are STUPID ****ING PEOPLE that don't know SHIT when it comes to diet, rest, training, AAS etc..
I have a guys at my gym that are somewhat big looking yet again they dont know SHIT when it comes to dieting, training etc..
one guy in my gym who is in a decent shape.. tells me tren is fine when injected 2x a week.. or it will shut you down permanently.,
that shows you what kind of stupid, idiotic, morons we have in our gyms, on the streets and everywhere else.
