      breakfast: 8:00am
      bagle bagle breakfast wrap... damm these things are sooo good, and very good on the go.... and can easily keep me full until noon.

      1 big tortilla stuffed with scrambled eggs, 2 mcdonalds style hash browns, ham and cheese... served with salsa. not super healthy, but also not bad and can easily be worked off during the day. I like to eat my less healthy grub in the AM as it can be worked off.

      I will edit and fill in the rest of my food as the day goes on.

      by the way... i think this thread is a great idea... it allows newbies to search and see how we are eating.. and it gives the regulars new ideas for food.
      I'm Just an old chunk of Coal, But I'm gonna be a DIAMOND some day.

      You're low carb I assume? I usually eat chicken breasts (2) and a sweet potato with a spinach leaf salad for lunch.

      1. Bowl Fiber One Honey Clusters, 1% milk, 4 hard boiled eggs....I was in a rush
      2. 50 gram protien 25g malto 25g dex shake
      3. 2 chicken breasts, sweet potato and spinach leaf salad with ginger sesame vingerette (awesome dressing)
      4. 1/2 can black beans full can albacore tuna, ginger sesame dressing and some chili sauce
      5. same as #2
      6. dont know yet

      I drink a lot of water during the day along with milk and Arizona Diet Green tea.

      Ive been so lazy the last 2 days been eating protein bars and eating out ! Just one of those days where you dont feel like cooking or making anything will get back tommorrow !
