I don't and can't eat raw meat.. and I see tuna is mostly cooked "raw"..
I also wanna get the best taste out of it.. so just put it on a pan..and cook it until its well done..

- Mix soy sauce and wasabi
- Dip the tuna in the soy sauce/wasabi mix
- Heat a pan to medium high
- Put sesame oil or Pam in the pan
- Sear the tuna to your liking
- Enjoy with LOTS of wasabi (put it in your eyes - it is fun ;] )
