TweetThe guy that owns the gym I train at has this badass little boy, Austin and he rocked the damn house at a WABDL meet in Fl. this past weekend. He's 10yrs. old around 90 pounds (If I remember right) anyway he broke or should I say shattered some records down there. He hit a 115 bench, got red lighted on 125 for his ass coming off the bench and deadlifted 185!!! I wish I'd started out that young!!
