TweetMy goals probably arent the same as yours but I train abs 2-3 times per week. I go heavy. I hit ab pulldowns for 3-4 sets of 5-8 reps, weighted roman sit ups, leg raises and weighted spread eagles. I hit more for strong abs than for aesthetics.
Tweetfor anyone who has a good ab routine with good results, my question is how often do you work abs???

Tweetab wheel that is all I ever use best think ever!
Tweetwe have one of those hammer strength crunch machines, and believe it or not it works damn good! i do it twice a week, as heavy as possible while being able to complete at least 10 reps per set, and my abs have responded really well.
i do 4 sets total, twice a week
plus, keep in mind that squats, heavy rows, and deadlifts recruit alot of your abdominal musculature, so do those as well as isolation work for best results.
