      When using slin particulary humalog. After the injection wouldnt a mix of carbs like 50% fast acting (ex-dextrose), and 50% slower acting (ex-maltodextrin) be ideal in addidition to a meal or would you be better off with just straight dextrose and then a meal?

      I know somebody has some feedback on this. ???

      I ran a 50-50 blend like you mentioned and never had any trouble.....i could even run it as low as 6 grams per iu....tastes alot better than straight dextrose also

      Did you run the blend with humalog, or something slower acting like humalin R or N?

      usually 3 chicken breasts, or a lean cut of steak.....a couple cups of rice, and maybe a salad...sometimes it is hard, because of the size of shake i would drink, an hour before it...my appetite isnt as large for shit that is good for you, lol!
