TweetTHAT WOULD BE A GOOD GIFT TO ME
TweetWhat is a typical cash amount to give to a friend as a wedding gift? My friend is getting married Friday and he's registered at a store but there are only appliances listed on the list and I'd rather give him cash. I don't want to be cheap since I've known him for about 6 years. Is $150 too little?
Tweet150 should be plenty
Tweeti would just get em a toaster or a blender and hook him up at his bachelors party.
TweetWOW...WISH I HAD A FRIEND LIKE YOU...THAT MORE THAN ENOUGH BRO...

TweetCool thanks for the replies. I'm not to good when it comes to gifts and since he's a good friend I didn't want to be cheap.
Tweet70 would be enough here
TweetI think most ppl give around $75. and im talking couples. 150. to me is overboard, unless it is a life long friend. Alot of ppl actually give 50. as a single person. Reason i know is i had a few neices, nephews and friends get married and thats what they told me. Its all up to you though, cause you know how close you two are. I should get married again and invite you all, as you are big spenders, lol! Ive never seen a couple give $300. even relatives.
Tweet$100 for every year you've known him. LOL Seriously, why not just go and buy stuff they registered for? And, $150 is plenty.
TweetI'm with mick-g. Unless he saved your life or you have alot of money to spare, your being too generous. $50 - $75 dollars for a good friend is good.
