TweetDo you eat enough carbs during the day sounds like glycogen depletion
Tweetthat I'm constantly craving beans...lima, butter, kidney and also shredded wheat?
Tonight I had a whole can of butter beans and I hate it cuz its 19% sodium.....but I had to have it
TweetDo you eat enough carbs during the day sounds like glycogen depletion
Tweetwhat does your diet look like ? YOu getting in enough goof fats and good carbs?
TweetYou maybe right Testify. I never associated beans (10% iron) and shredded wheat (90%) of iron. You may have something because I eat ICE all day long, which is a sure sign of anemia.
*you guys may not want to hear but...I have very heavy menstrual periods/blood loss, especially while on t-bol*
Thanks Testify...gotta up my iron.
Tweetyou still get your period when on a cycle? The girls that I know their period completely goes away... but I dont know if they were taking tbol
TweetI get my period no matter what Merc. I usually get 2 a month with t-bol. Var I got only once a month.
I'm a redhead...old wives tale...they're big bleeders.
TweetBeans are a good source of fiber and protein. You prob just need the extra energy, being you have such bad periods, and your body is just telling you something.."get the extra nutrients."
Tweetthanks O2....maybe I'll take ya up on that tomorrow cuz god knows today sucked cheeseOriginally Posted by O2BESOHUGE

TweetDessicated liver tablets help with iron...
IG
TweetIG....are these faster acting than iron tabs/supplements?
TweetLiver helps increase red blood cell count. Plus, it's one of the best sources of heme iron.Originally Posted by McKenzie
Desiccated liver contain heme iron, one of the most bioavailable forms around. Synthetic or elemental iron can lead to overdosing. Overdosing is far less likely with natural iron. With non-heme iron, you might expect an absorption rate of 1-3%. With heme iron, you could expect 35% absorption or more. Liver tabs can also exert "hematinic activity" the ability of a substance to improve the quality of the blood, including the hemoglobin level and the number of erythrocytes. That's why liver has been called a "blood builder".
