argh, my shoulder seems to be bothering me when I bench, and I just started my cycle, Man oh man. Should I stop cold until it feels better or just do cable exercise, pushups, and machines?

may be the l-dex aggrevating the pain...I think. shiet!

      The pumps sure feel great.

Is there a work around for this? I'm real careful and I won't over do the area of pain, I really want this.

How about with dumbbells? Have you tried it with the smith machine at all? Can you do inclines without pain? I don't think you need to stop unless you have a serious shoulder problem. Now if you can perform these other exercises and you can't workout your shoulders, then yes you should consider stopping.

Happened to me. I'm hardheaded so I worked out through it. The dec helped also. I would stretch it out and warm up then suck it up. I notice inline hurt more than flat, so maybe decline will work for you or like Aragorn said try some db work.
