Man I'd LOVE to look like that even right now,guess I'd have to do some serious eating & training to look that.In fact right now I'm going out to buy some flax seed oil right now. Now my body's the one thing that's in my power to control.So looking like that's very attainable IMO.He looks very good for his age,judging from the gray in his beard I'd say he's maybe 50 yrs
