You spend 5% of the time ramping up, then 45% of your time at max dose, then 55% of your time ramping down. The ramp down should be long and slowly decreasing so that you don't throw your thyroid out of whack. So, it looks like this for a 6 week cycle:
2 days ramping up
19 days at full dose
23 days ramping down at 25 mcg intervals.
However, I would even drop down to as low as 12.5 mcg ED for the last few days just to make sure you come off very slowly. 6 weeks is a max dose and take atleast 8 weeks off before using again.
Bingo! This is the way I've always done it.
It's interesting though what some of you say about how it won't do anything if your diet isn't in check. From the FAQ's I've read about it, fitness models and models in general apparently popularized this back in the 90's....they were taking T3 so that they could eat like shit and not gain fat...
