TweetThis article I'm writing is for people who are suffering from bad skin (acne). As you already know people males/females break out alot esp. if on AAS.

I myself had problems with acne..naturaly - but esp. when going on cycle. They come on shoulders, back and on sides of my forehead. Most of them are caused by AAS or sweat during workouts.

I tried many things and nothing really works until I tried two combinations that is: Aveeno Clear Complexion Cleansing Bar and SalAC.

I already told this to few guys who are having acne and are curently on cycle and their skin improved 90%.

So all you need to do is go to your local pharmacy (CVS) and ask them if they have any SalAC in stock.. it's a white bottle about 6" big that has SalAC printed on it with big red letters. It contains Salicylic Acid, Vitamin b5 and vitamin E. It's inexpensive $14 here where I buy it (OR YOU CAN ORDER IT ONLINE SOMEWHERE ELSE).

Then you need to buy this © Aveeno Clear Complexion Cleansing Bar.

Once you get these two, you use Aveeno CCC Bar and wash down your body with really hot water to open up your pores. After you washed down, take your SalAC bottle and squeeze a dimesize on your fingers and rub it on your shoulders..chest .. forehead and wherever youre having acne or about to develop ones.. rub and massage it for a few good mins and then rise it off with the HOT water..

After you are done with this.. say under cold water for at least 5 minutes to close your pores and thats that..

In a very short time you will notice better smoother skin..acnefree. Now, scars will stay there from old pimples.. but if you're tanning then it shouldn't be a problem.

And always take shower before tan, and then go tanning. DON'T TAKE SHOWER AFTER TANNING.

It might sound gross cause you might sweat alot during tanning and you might thing your pores will open up..but tanning actually closes down your pores and gets the sweat out of your body.. the same sweat that will cause acne.. if you do take shower after tanning the water will push back the sweat/oil that is invisible to human eye. After you're done tanning, take a piece of towel paper and lightly rub your shoulder, chest, arms, legs etc..

So far this works for everyone who has tried it..I'm sure it will work for you.

TweetI take a shot of apple cider vinegar as well, but i never knew it to be good for complexion. Then again it prob evens out your ph levels. I take it mainly to help thin the blood.

TweetDon't forget to mention TANNING beds and tanning in the sun. When I do this, 95% of all my acne disapears. This helps big time.
