Test/EQ/Win - Opinions Wanted, Please Chime In

TweetFirst off, I've done quite a bit of research and had some great people on this board help me out personally with info. I am looking for 2nd opinions and would appreciate some of your insight.

Here is some background info. I'm 5'7", about 190, 15% BF. This is my 3rd cycle. Last cycle, about a year ago, I did Test E 250 once/wk, EQ at 300 *I think* (150 twice a week), and pinned Win at 50 (Mon, Wed, Fri). The results were pretty good. This time around, I plan to do the same gear but up the dosages a bit. The problem is how much I should bump it up to and how to take the win. Keep in mind, I'm only 5'7" and I dont want to look like a mini-me of the incredible hulk lol

Weeks 1-14
Test E 300 (150 Mon, 150 Thur)
EQ 400 (200 Mon, 200 Thur)

Week 7-14
Winstrol 50 ED oral OR Win 50/75/100 EOD injected IM

Questions:
1, Keeping in mind my height, how much would you guys recommend upping the Test E to? Last time I did 250, the results were good, but looking for a bit extra. I am personally stuck between taking either 300 or 400/wk. But please feel free to give me your opinion even if its less/more.

2, I will be taking the EQ/Test mixed together twice a week every Mon/Thurs. Adding winstrol and injecting 50 ED brings pinning to 7 times a week, not really an option in my book. The only two options I see are pinning EOD or orally ED. What would you recommend between injecting EOD (M/W/F) or taking orally ED? And at what dosages would you recommend it at? I am leaning toward 50 ED orally and 75 IM EOD.

3, Feel free to add any other information.

Your winny at 50mg looks fine.

As long as your getting your protien in and diet and training are in check you should grow well off of that cycle. Throw in some milk thistle or liver tabs for the test and winny and everything looks good.

PCT as well nolva and clomid.

Thanks for your input. I'll be sure to add a good amount of liver aid. Dieting isnt a problem. When I get serious with dieting, I get serious. I get at least 150 grams off the diet alone. 4-5 steamed chicken breasts makes a man want to vomit after day 1 hah. As for the win, I have about 3,000 mg. Thats enough to do 75 ED orally for 8 weeks, 100 ED orally for 6 weeks, or similar dosaging with injections. Either way, I have enough for any of the three options.

Thats what I'm leaning towards. The thing is, taken orally, its not as potent. With a low dosage of test, lowering the dosage of win by taking orally, maybe I should up to 75?

I think at most, you will lose maybe 1% of what you take orally. That is not enough for anyone to tell the difference. Like CBR said i would go over 50mg on the winny

Thanks Mick, thats exactly what I had in mind. I wonder where I got that idea from hah. 6 pills, 2 AM, 2 mid, and 2 PM

you should extinguish that thought right now. if it does lose any potency, it is very minimal. i wouldn't go any higher than 50-60mg/day or if you can, switch to anavar.

Thanks for your input, 50/day it is. I thought about taking some var, but its too late for this go around. We'll see what happens next time. This combo didn't let me down last time. Hopefully, with a little bit of a bump in the dosage, I'll be right where I want to.
