Bro, not to flame, but from your posts i think you need to do some more research first. I think you are pushing yourself into doing these cycles ahead of time, before you really know what your doing. It litteraly took 6 months going to different boards, looking at profiles, ppls cycles, learning how different compounds effect the body etc. before i even planned out a cycle. You also have to get your diet/training in check first. Also, get solid advice from ppl that really know what they are doing, not some gimp at your local gym. His dosaging is way off and i would seriously not deal with him for anything. Bro this guy doesn't have your best interests in mind.

as a matter of fact, stay from aas now, trsut me on it and hit ur max naturally and once u hit the plateau, then start a cycle

BUT in regards to your cycle....
the test should NEVER be lower than a drug like deca or tren. those 2 compounds are mg for mg more powerful than test. having a lower dose of test than deca could result the all too infamous deca dick....not being able to get it up.
i would suggest test at 500mg/week and deca at around 200-300mg/week the dbol is fine.

If you do the proper research first, you will know when someone at the gym is giving you bad advice. This just shows to me that you haven't done it yet. All or most of your questions will be answered just by doing simple searches here and elsewhere. First thing i did was to go over all the profiles of the different esters and orals. Then i looked into all the different brands to get familiar with them. Don't just look at one board or avenune for this, go to 2 or 3 then do some google searches. Find out what each one does and how it will react. Then do research on pct and what to use and dosaging. Then go over cycles that ppl have done, ie. beginners cycles, to the more advanced. Do searches on diet and training as well. In the mean time you can be training and getting to your natural potential. There is nohing wrong with asking questions, but to me it seems you are taking the cart before the horse.
If you cant get over 160 lbs natural, your diet and training is in need of help....why do you think you lost everything from the d-bol....go ahead and waste money if you want...but i would reevaluate your other areas and try and put on 20 lb or so naturally.

this is what i was thinking...if your not going to take the advice, and try to bump up your weight nat. first, then stick with test only first cyc. 250-300 a week @ 10-12 weeks

the guy that i'm seeking advice from is a bodybuilder and he's going to compition next month.
he told me, that test is an estrogen drug and I always have to take more anabolic than test.
I did hit Test and Deca in december and once a gain the results were great than I lost most of it. than I tried d ball, I thinkg the problem is with the PCT. I did hit the plateau.
3 monthes a go i use to wiegh 140. I'm impressed of what i gained but again, i want more.
I did as much reading as possible, and the bodybuilder that i'm talking with wanted me to take this
sus 250
deca 200
cypionate 250
mcsteron 200
this what the bodybuilder told me to take. he mentioned to me that i don't have to take PCT with this, cause the only estrogen is sus.
so I thought this was a bit too much, so i decided to take
deca 200mg
enathate 500mg
dball 25 mg
