      This is my Diet for my upcoming Cycle. I'll be doing 1/2cc ED of Fina/Prop EQL. That's 37 1/2 mgs of Fina and 50mg Prop ED for 8 weeks. This is for workout days Monday-Friday.

      About 308g Protein and 220g Carbs. What do you think?


      WORKOUT MEAL AND SUPPLEMENT PLAN

      MONDAY – FRIDAY

      9:00 AM --1 serving VP2 with Skim Milk (8 oz.)
      1 cup of Juice (8 oz.)
      1 capsule DHEA (100 milligrams)
      1 capsule ProFlex 750
      1 caplet Multi Pro 32x, Vit.C 500mg. Beta Carotene 25,000 I.U. Vit.E 400 I.U
      10 grams GL3 L-Glutamine (mixed with Juice)

      9:45 AM -- WORKOUT

      10:45 AM -- 1 serving VP2 with Skim Milk (8 oz.)
      1 cup of Juice (8 oz.)
      Vit.C 500mg. Vit.E 400 I.U

      11:15 AM -- 4 oz. Chicken, ¼ cup rice
      CLA 1000 (2 softgels)
      ALA 200 (1 capsule)
      ProFlex 750 (1 capsule)
      10 grams GL3 L-Glutamine (mixed with 8 oz. Water)

      11:45 AM-- Ny-Tro Pro 40 (1 packet) with Skim Milk (8 oz.)

      1:45 PM --- 4 oz. Chicken, ¼ cup rice
      1 serving VP2 with Skim Milk (8 oz.)
      ALA 200 (1 capsule)

      4:45 PM --- 1can of Tuna
      1 capsule DHEA (100 milligrams)
      1 capsule ProFlex 750

      7:45 PM --- 6 oz. of Meat
      CLA 1000 (2 softgels)

      10:45 PM - Ny-Tro Pro 40 (1 packet) with Skim Milk (8 oz.)

      yeah but how far off the deep end do you go on weekends ?you can do a lot of damage in two days.

      I'm not really going for a cutting cycle here although it might look like it. The Carbs are on the low side kind of, because I trying to figure what I need to get through the day with. All the extra Carbs that I dont burn off will just turn to sugar and be stored as fat (something like that). That's why my Protein is high because protein is the only thing that builds muscle. Carbs don't.

      Am I wrong/right?

      I'm eating Bumble Bee-- Solid White Albacore-- In water.
      I drain the water.

      6oz. can
      Protein= 15 grams per serving
      Servings about 2.5

      Total Protein about 37 grams per can

      Depending on how big you are, you may need at least another 300g of carbs to keep up your energy levels during your workouts. You'd probably also benefit from replenishing muscle glycogen stores post-workout.
