TweetYou can take it throughout the day. I would advise against taking it immediately after your workout - in your postworkout shake - as you don't want to hinder that sharp insulin surge you want postworkout. Otherwise - you should be fine. Just start with 1-2 tablespoons per day and work your way up. Like Pig mentioned... to much and you will get the runs...
