how long can an anti-e be run?

TweetWhatcha got in mind? they are usually only run at low doses for a few weeks...pre comp. Have to be careful...take into consideration sides/rebound also

Tweetwell, last time I think I ran liquidex for a good 10wks BUT later found out my first batch was underdosed so in essence I didn't get all I could out of it anyway...


I changed comp dates and am now 15.5wks out...one thing I noticed from last time was just how much estrogen related weight I retain...I have aromasin and wondered if running it low for now and then ramping it up right before comp time would help, hurt, or make no difference...

Tweetoh and sides I'm not as worried about...rebound is the issue for me...I was in a very deep depression for a good three months post-comp and it was almost all rebound related...hehehe, one female recently told me to stay away from liquidex and arimidex b/c for a female, the rebound was like opening up a can of biscuits...and she's right!

TweetHave ya thought about Nolva or Proviron? Although I know Proviron is pretty iffy itself.

I dont use anti e's cuz I dont compete....but I was at one time leaning towards Nolva.

Tweetwell proviron is planned in my prep as well but not until later...I wanted to do some nolva as well but was told I don't need it...the stack idea came from another female competitor and she's running gh which I am not so that may or may not be the reason why she's running nolva and aromasin...

Tweet^ I use aromasin @ 12.5mg eod, but i would say try 1/2 that amount. It all depends too on if you are running aas with it. mine comes in 25mg/ml dosage, so it is easy to measure. It is also better on the lipids than ldex. I personlly think some ppl belive running ldex is better, because it isn't as strong and will not hamper gains, but every person i know that is into bbing is using aroma, as it is supposedly the best anti-estrogen.
