TweetGreat post and all to true. Diet is critical in our sport. Then comes training, rest/recovery. Once all those factors are "locked-on" then comes the gear - if you decide to go in that direction. Thanks for your candid view on AAS.

TweetThis my opinion of AAS. Take it for what you want. Agree or Disagree. I've realized using AAS is no miracle drug, which I never thought it was but a lot of people think it is. I think it's a little enhancer. It's really not as powerful as all these morons say/contemplate it is. Perhaps it is at higher doses with more stacking involved.
This is my first cycle so I should not need much for it to do the trick. My point is for people who do not have DIET and TRAINING down, MAINLY DIET. This substance does NOTHING. Maybe make a vein pop out here and there.
My friend who using the same as me over trains. He does not listen to me. He tries to make me stay and gets pissed off because I say I am done. Well, I proved my point with his over training. He went way up on the bench press, now he has loss strength and is weaker, could also be do to inproper rest or diet too.
Anyway. For best results i think this should be followed in order. Correct me if u think Im wrong. Diet should be the main focus not AAS.
1. Diet
2. Training
3. Proper sleep and resting when neccessary.
4. AAS
Most people I know use it like this.
1. AAS
2. Training
3. Sleep
4. Diet
Conclusion, it all comes down to the basics. SPEND LESS TIME RESEARCHING YOUR NEXT DRUG OR NEXT CYCLE. Spend more time with your diet and switching up your training rountine.
My cycle in case your wondering
500MG TEST E
500MG EQ
Made me a lot leaner, gave me pretty bad acne. On week 9, going to 15 or so.
for all of u who r afraid to gain bf while on a cycle. Eat like a bird, look like a bird. I gotta remind myself that every time i wake up.

TweetFood is more anabolic than any AAS out there. So many people think they can eat normal at 2000 cal per day and get big. Give me a break. They are the ones who stay small....
Great point Adam Banks..
Tweeti agree, i always say its 25% of the equation. its not a miricale drug. i hate people that say "if i did juice i would be big too." cause they wouldnt they dont even work out. u cant sit on ur ass eat twinkies and ho hos and get muscular. it takes way more work then every none-user thinks.

TweetI agree 100%. I honestly believe that 70% of your results are made in the kitchen. The other 30% is the rest of the stuff. Seriously, if you eat perfect and you train so-so, rest so-so you will get better results than the guy who trains like an animal, sleeps 9 hours a night and eats fast food.
Tweetawesome post bro !! i preach this !! if u dont diet and rest you are wasting your time !
If bigger is better then im better than ever !
TweetThat's the difference between the guys who are bigger for only 2-3 months compared to us who get, and stay bigger, each year.

TweetGood point! I can picture quite a few guys who do that very thing. They get big, then they get small, they get big, then they get small. Screw that, I'd rather just stay small than keep going up and down.Originally Posted by Saucefit
