TweetI have 12 eggs every day(2whole), 3 mrp's , 1 meal of chicken and rice ,one meal of lean beef and rice ,1 meal of fish(tuna or salmon) and rice,i have 1 cup oatmeal with raisins evry day,1-2 fruits ,2 cups of vegies(brocoli,caulliflower,carrots).

Mid morning - 12oz tuna, two slices bread.
Lunch - same as midmorning.
Midafternoon - same as the other two crappy lunches.
Dinner - Protein shake with natty pb.
Bedtime meal- Chicken breasts, yam.

Mid - protien shake
lunch- 2 baked chicken breast, 6 lean ham slices,5 ritz crackers
Midafternoon- Protien shake in about 15min.
1-2 meals left
