I HAVE NO CHEST!!!!
Hey guys, im looking for some great chest building tips, i have tried every thing, i've even had a few personal trainers but all they suggest is to go heavy, i have tried that but not got any real gains, my best bench is 2 sets of 6 at 310 lbs, i am 182 lbs 11% bf but whatever i do i cant seem to build my chest, its really getting me down to the point where i feel like throwing the towel in, i have alos been told by a few ppl that i need to build solid foundations first, by doing more reps at moderate weight, tried that and still nothing, i've been training for 4 years now and have been upto220 lbs with the help of some aas but at the moment im clean, would really appreciate some help here guys.
Pain is just weakness leaving the body
