Ive never used anything to avoid getting bloated before. Its gonna reduce water right, so basically its gonna be solid muscle.

I hate it when my face gets bloated, man my mom and sisters call me fat.

Thiomucase works great for me. Go to yahoo.shopping.com and type it in. Its like 12$ with shipping and lasts a while. I rub it all over my upper body with "Hot stuff" before i go to the beach in the summer. The thiomucase works great for tightening your skin up and the hot stuff gets my blood pumping.
