TweetHere's some new pics of me. I lost alot of my gut which is good and gained alot in my traps and chest. But just like that old nike commercial used to say.......still want to be like mike! HAHAHAHAHA! You puffy pigeon!
oh btw no wheels pics because I just started working legs so I still have beanpoles!

No cycles here. Only thing I've done is creatine here and there, and I drink alot of protein shakes.
