Okay, I could really use some help with my longstanding weakness, my D-I-E-T.. I want to continue to train hard and still gain muscle while leaning out, whats the best plan?

Current: 202lbs @ 16% BF
Target: 210lbs @ 9% BF

My RMR is around 2800 calories and I'm intaking about 2300 calories daily, here is the breakdown:
51% carbs (300g)
29% protein (168g)
18% fat (47g)
With that being said, I'm short about 500 calories daily, this will allow me to lose 1lb of BF about every 7 days. I'm still eating a decent ammount of protein (170g) to help with hard training..

With this diet can I still make gains while leaning out at the same time?! I'm welcome to suggestions, comments, whatever.. Btw, currently natural..
