I just wanted everyone to post up what there goal is to meet by summer?

Me I want to be back to 200lbs but this time with no gut.

As for weights I'm shooting to be able to do:

a 1rm @ 225lbs in bench press
to be able to curl 100lbs for 6-8 reps(with both arms)
and to be able to do 100lbs for 6-8reps doing skull crushers
