      I took my first injectin, I gave it my self yesterday, on my left bicep, and it's killing me crazy when I move it.

      is this normal?

      should i give it to my self in glutes. Cause I'm trying to get a fast effect lol, I was thinking of doing it in the shoulders.

      I used 25 gauge, and 5/8 pin.

      yeah, u can give it 2 yourself in the glutes - if u don't like to do that then go with the quads.
