I'm no photoshop guy so this and resizing is pretty much all i can do..that said..eh, nevermind...i guess i dont really have a reason for posting this other than i think it's cool. Anywho, this is me at 180lbs and somewhere in my mid 20 to late 20's...not really sure lol..

Nothing, i barely even lifted at the time. Maybe twice a week if i was lucky. I guess i got it from being an ass bustin, steel bending, iron lifting ironworker...

and some leftovers from lifting in hs for a year or so....

Yeah I stayed lean working in a Food Bank Warehouse, about 12 years ago, tossing boxes of food all day.
