TweetStarted my cycle last week....it's gonna look like this...but I might add some stuff to it later on down the road.
wks 1-6 30mg Dbol ED
wks 1-20 500 mg EQ
wks 1-20 500 mg Test E
might add some winny or tren in at the end...not sure yet. I've done 4 cycles prior to this one...have done a 20 weeker before of test and deca. I'm currently 5'10" 205 lbs and about 14 or 15% bf. my goal is to just put some lean mass on....don't want to get all fat like I did on test, deca, and anadrol. Would like to see the vascularity that eq gives you...my first time with eq...so I hope it's all it's cracked up to be.
As far as diet goes....I'm going to keep my carbs less than 100 grams a day and my protein around 300 grams a day. I eat about every 2 hrs. My supplements include NO-Xplode (Awesome Stuff!), Cell Mass, Nitrix, Omega Complex, Yohimbe, Chromium Piccolonate, Milk Thistle, and GNC Liver Formula.
I won't be stepping on the scale much this cycle...I'm gonna try to do this one differently than all of my past cycles.....stay lean.

TweetJust curious. What was yor starting weight when you did your first cycle? Well the cycle looks good the way you have it laid out. Are you able to grow after 4 cycles on just 500mg of Test per week? You can do tren for the first 6-8 weeks . I've heard winny won't do much for you unless you are in the single digit bodyfat rang so you can leave it out for now. You may want to eat more carbs. Nice clean carbs that is. Good luck!

TweetYeah....I was thinking about adding tren...but not really sure yet...I've done it before at 150mg EOD along with test at 625mg per week....but it was pretty rough on the system....Even more rough than 5 weeks of anadrol at 75mg per day. So I'm still debating...but I know it'll get me hardened up like a mofo....so I'll probably end up doing it. It all depends on where around week 12 I guess.
TweetMy starting weight before my first cycle was about 227 and about 20% bf or more. I think I can grow off of 500mg of test....I haven't done a cycle of test in over a year.....I did a cycle of low dose dbol last summer....10mg a day for 10 weeks...and I got pretty strong off of that...so....dbol test and eq should get me to grow like a weed.

TweetToday is the start of week 3....had a pretty good shoulder workout today....starting to feel pretty bloated...but only when I eat a good amount of carbs. It's been tough for me to keep my carbs under 100 grams per day like I had initially planned. The dbol just makes me hungry as hell. I'm up to about 215, I'm gonna try to get the carbs back under control. starting to feel the lower back tighten up a little bit as well....I'm taking in about a gallon of water a day, gonna have to try to get more in me.
Tweetbest thing i find to do (in terms of water intake anyway) is if your work has a culligan water cooler thingy, to fill up like 6-8 20oz cups of that icey cold goodness throughout the day. that will put you right at about a gallon. then during your workout, drink about 2 liters.
TweetWell....today is the start of week 4....I have been pretty good at keeping my carbs in check for the past 5 days or so....I weighed in on sunday at 211. I'm every bit as lean as when I started at 205...probably leaner! I haven't done a caliper test yet, don't want to until I'm done with dbol and I drop some water weight. I don't think I'm holding much water though anyway. Had a pretty good shoulder workout today. Tried Gakic today...tastes like ass and I'm not really sure if it works or not because I'm on all this other shit.
