TweetB12 is generally such a poorly absorbed viatamin, that 3000mcg injected daily will not do damage. I have heard of tests run on (believe it or not) people taking 20,000mcg per day, and toxins building up in the liver. Now, unless you plan on taking 20cc's of B12 per day, you should be fine.
