Hunger Pains While on Bulker
TweetAnyone ever get hunger pains when you run a bulker. The only times that I have gotten were on bulkers that included EQ. and they all came around the 4th and 5th week. Damn, I had one today and could feel it coming on, and that bastage had me almost doubled over within the next 10 min. I couldn't even sit straight in my desk. Made it back to the house and ate 2 breasts (chicken) and 2 sweet potatoes and all good now.
I love eating to bulk..

I try too but many of my days are different than the week before so I kind of have to adjust every week. Pretty much every three hours or so I will at the least get in a protien shake.

i eat ever 2.5 -3.5 hours and eat a least 6 times a day!
